1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Domestic Shipping (Pakistan) We deliver across Pakistan. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad): 2–4 business days
  • Other cities & towns: 4–7 business days

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

3. International Shipping At this time, we currently ship within Pakistan only. International shipping availability will be announced on our website when available.

4. Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email at rimorafragrance@gmail.com with your tracking number and courier details.

5. Delays Rimora Fragrances is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions
  • Natural disasters or extreme weather
  • Public holidays
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

6. Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of placing your order. Rimora Fragrances is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
